project description
Isozaki Tower is the first of the 3 towers built in Milan in the new City Life district, ex fair area near Corso Sempione. The construction of the new district has gone through the entire decade of the economic crisis 2008-2018.
Isozaki Tower is the tallest building in Milan with its 50 floors and here are the offices of Alleanz.
The architect Arata Isozaki with Andrea Maffei Architects interprets the “straight” with its golden buttresses. The structural project was designed by Francesco Iorio of SIO Engineering, who was able to solve the countless challenges and give the city the symbol of rebirth.
The lateral concrete bodies form the skeleton of the skyscraper and contain the flights of stairs and elevators.
Among the steel bars that make up the concrete reinforcement, AdermaLocatelli provided PSA bars to take back the connecting rods between the prefabricated ramps and the in-situ castings.
For the realization of the project, AdermaLocatelli used products belonging to the following business line: Cast-in anchor channels.
